Library at Home Initiative

May 21 update: Due to an overwhelming amount of book requests, we have suspended the acceptance of book requests until further notice. Thank you to everyone that sent in a request. If we reopen the request form, we will let you all know. Additionally, a repository with used books available for obtainment will be added to the site soon.

If you entered a request and do not receive your book within two weeks of your request submission, please contact us at wildcatwishesfoundation@gmail.com

The Wildcat Wishes Foundation has always strived to provide local students and teachers in need with the educational resources they deserve. In an effort to encourage continued learning at home in light of school closures, we will be providing reading books to students from Tucson K-12 public schools who are in need of at-home learning resources. Students will simply need to fill out the request form (click the "complete the request form" button below) and the book of choice will be sent directly to their home, along with a bookmark from our Wildcat Wishes team members. Guidelines of the Library at Home initiative are as follows:

  • To be eligible, the student must currently attend a public school in one of the following school districts: Tucson Unified School District, Sunnyside Unified School District, Marana Unified School District, Flowing Wells School District, Sahuarita School District, Tanque Verde School District, Catalina Foothills Unified School District, Amphitheater Unified School District, and Vail School District

  • Student must currently be in a grade K-11

  • (1) book allowed per student

  • Retail price of book must not exceed $20

  • We ask that those interested please be courteous of others and understand that resources are limited.
